About Me
Essential Balance Massage Therapy
Hi, I’m Stacey Miller owner and operator of Essential Balance Massage Therapy. As a Registered Massage Therapist with over 14 years of hands-on experience supporting people through pain, stress, injury, and major life transitions.
Massage therapy, for me, has never been just about muscles — it’s about people.
Through my practice at Essential Balance Massage Therapy, I offer trauma-informed, client-centered care designed to help the body reset, the nervous system calm, and the person feel safe, supported, and heard. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, training hard, or simply carrying too much stress, my approach is always grounded in respect, trust, and compassion.
My work extends far beyond the treatment room. I proudly serve as the Registered Massage Therapist for the Mooretown Flags Jr C hockey team, supporting athletes with recovery, injury prevention, and performance-focused care. I’ve also sponsored and treated participants at numerous local charity runs and sporting events, including Noelle’s Light Up the Night, MMA events, and other high-impact community fundraisers.
Community wellness is a core part of who I am. I regularly support spiritual and wellness days, offering massage therapy, guided meditation, and Phoenix Fire experiences to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, ground their energy, and reset mentally and emotionally. I’ve also been actively involved in supporting local organizations such as Ryan’s House at Bluewater Health, Ohana Landing, and The Inn of the Good Shepherd, because care doesn’t stop when the session ends.
In addition to my work as an RMT, I am also a local REALTOR® with eXp Realty, where I advocate for individuals and families navigating major life transitions. Whether someone is healing, rebuilding, or stepping into a new chapter, my work — in wellness and real estate — is rooted in the same values: trust, integrity, and genuine care for the person in front of me.
I understand what it means to carry a lot — physically, emotionally, and mentally — and I bring that understanding into every session. My goal is simple: to help you feel more balanced, more supported, and more connected to your body when you leave than when you arrived.
You don’t need to be “broken” to book a massage.
You just need to be human.
